By submitting any and all material to this site, you grant and relinquish ownership rights in the material to Four Rivers Smokehouse, LLC (“4R”) and acknowledge 4R’s unrestricted right and access to the material. You further acknowledge 4R’s unrestricted right to modify, reproduce and distribute the material in any medium and in any manner.

As such, prior to submission, you acknowledge that you have read and are in agreement with the following disclaimer.

This disclosure, and all previous or additional disclosures related to the material submitted herewith or at any time, shall be subject to the provisions of this Agreement. In consideration of the review and consideration for use of these materials by 4R, I agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Submission of the material is entirely voluntary on my part and 4R will not undertake to keep it in confidence. I understand that no confidential relationship whatsoever is established by or is to be implied from this submission or consideration of the submitted material, and that such material is not submitted in confidence, and that such material will become the exclusive property of 4R and may be posted on the internet or otherwise disseminated to the general public at the sole discretion of 4R. Likewise, to the extent I submit my name, city, and state of residence, such information may be posted on the internet or otherwise disseminated to the general public, and that is, in fact, the intent with which I submit it.
   
   
2. To the extent I currently hold a valid patent, copyright, trade or service mark, or other registration (“Intellectual Property Right”) related to material I submit, I hereby grant, for good and valuable consideration, a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to 4R, and 4R shall have the right to use, modify, and exploit such material in any way. I further agree that, simultaneously with submission of such material, I will provide 4R with copies of the documentation of such Intellectual Property Rights. I certify that to the best of my knowledge, (i) the material submitted does not infringe upon the Intellectual Property Right of another, (ii) I have not copied or obtained the material from any source other than myself (unless subject to paragraph 3 below), and (iii) I am unaware of any other person or entity with any other rights whatsoever, in whole or in part, in or to such material. I further agree and acknowledge, as it pertains to the foregoing certification, that I will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 4R, its officers, directors, affiliates, members, employees, successors and assigns (collectively, “4R and Related Persons”) in the identical manner and scope set for in Paragraph 3 below.
   
   
3. To the extent I have obtained the material from another source, I am submitting it with the full knowledge and permission of that source and agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 4R and Related Persons from any and all claims, injuries, damages, suits, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees), or other liability of whatever nature and description (collectively, “Losses”) arising out of or related to my submission and 4R’s subsequent use of the material, regardless of whether such submission was made negligently or willfully.
   
   
4. 4R is under no contractual obligation to me with respect to the material submitted by me. I agree that I will make no claim against 4R, its subsidiaries or related entities, its or their officers, directors or employees, with respect to the materials submitted, including those claims to which I may have been entitled as a result of a valid Intellectual Property Right.
   
   

These terms are acceptable to me, and after reading the foregoing, I expressly agree to them as evidenced by my submission of the materials.
