Beefy BBQ Burgers
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup 4R BBQ Sauce
- 20oz lean ground beef
- 2tbsp chopped green onion
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 egg
- 2tbsp breadcrumbs
- Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 medium red onion, sliced
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1tbsp cooking oil
Instructions
- Mix together the ground beef, green onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs and barbeque sauce and form into patties.
- Sautee onions and mushrooms with cooking oil in a skillet until carmelized, set aside.
- Cook burgers in same pan over a low heat, or on a grill as desired.
- Top burgers with onions & mushrooms, sharp cheddar cheese, and more of 4R's excellent BBQ sauce.
