Hello, I was in today and ordered your St Louis Style Ribs, I can't begin to tell you all how good they were. I have a sister who is such a lover of ribs I tell her if I am the longest liver I am going to put a rib in her coffin with her :). I called her after tasting one of your ribs and told her I was on my way to the hospital because these ribs are so good I have bitten my finger eating them so fast. I will be back on Monday for seconds, along with my sister and other family members. Your ribs are indeed worth the drive from Apopka. I called my grandson and thanked him for telling me about you guys. I will continue to spread the word.

I stopped by your place today and tried some macaroni, beans, pulled pork and a brisket sample. In short, the flavor of your food is beyond the ultimate! I'm not a food critic, but it is my understanding the New York Times uses a restaurant rating system of 1 to 4 stars. In my opinion your place deserves four stars because your food has a flavor no other BBQ place here in Orlando matches, and believe me I have tried them all (i.e. Bubbalou's, Cecil's, Texas Roadhouse, etc...) Everything was great!! The food was delicious! I had so many people come up to me and ask who catered the food! Everyone really enjoyed it and you guys did a great job. The kitchen was cleaned up and moped much to the surprise of the Tanner Hall staff. They thought that was great and asked about putting you on their approved cater list. So thank you very much for all you did. I will definitely give out your name to anyone looking for a cater. Thank You!

UNBELIEVEABLE! The brisket, pulled pork and beans we served at our family and friend get-together for the Gator Game was FABULOUS! Everyone, and I mean, EVERYONE, was raving! Thank you sooooo much! We will definitely be "regulars" ... as will they all! Robin was so helpful, friendly and accommodating ... please pass along an extra thank you to her, too, for providing such service ... even delivery!!! :)

4Rivers beef brisket is by far the best beef I've ever tasted! We took a tray to a 4th of July party and it was the most raved about food item out of a spread of delicious food! 4 Rivers Rocks!

The meal was the best we have had in years, I have got to find out how he cooks that brisket, I would love to even come close to that and I would serve it instead of chicken at our concession, I am still wishing I would have grabbed more, it was sooooooooooooo good! Living in New England and grilling year round, we've been looking for a killer BBQ sauce. We recieved 2 bottles of 4River BBQ sauce as a gift from a family member and we're hooked! John, everything you made for our Super Bowl party was delicious!!! One of our friends commented this was the best superbowl ever because of the food! I had the pleasure of visiting your restaurant last week, it came highly recommended from friends. I cannot stop thinking about how good your BBQ brisket is. I used to eat at Sonny\'s BBQ often until I found out their brisket comes out of a pouch. There is no way I can go back after I've had yours, it is not even in the same ballpark. I watched the chef cut it in front of me, a touch I love! I just wanted to say thank you for having such an incredible product, a great atmosphere, dynamite customer service, and you're even helping to build the community around you.
